The Complete Support
3 antenatal sessions - 2 hours each during which we cover birth education, design birth plans, practice relaxation techniques, address any fears and find ways to deal with them

Attendance at birth and full support during labour, either in hospital or your home
A total of 12 hours of postpartum care for you to use during first 8 weeks, you decide how many visits (2, 3 or 4)
During my visits we debrief your birth, I take care of the newborn while you shower/rest/take time for self-care, I assist you with newborn settling, give support on feeding (breast or formula) and sleeping, help with light house work, help with siblings, discuss need for any specialized services, anything else that comes to your mind
For postnatal visits I bring two nourishing home cooked meals and one handed snacks
